The accommodation was neat and its location and staff were excellent. Could use a walk-in shower, a dryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. I loved its comfy location. What's more, I was adjacent to Sandton, the shopping malls and shopping centres. Walked in 10 minutes to Fournos Bakery Dunkeld that serves coffee and treats.

All in all everything was brand-new, as a bonus I received wake up calls free of charge. I enjoyed to have kitchenette. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was courteous and honest.

my recent stay in joburg was amazing, but this time at a different place. one hyde park - sandton was a beautiful and friendly place. loved the accessible facilities for wheelchair users. the staff was helpful and the onsite restaurant was a plus. definitely recommend it!

The hotel had a stylish and modern design, which I really liked. The pool, cafe, and gym area were also very nice. The location was great, very safe and convenient. The rooms were spacious, perfect for families.
There were some issues with the staff and service. The concierge lacked a service mindset and was not very helpful.
